  1. For domestic shipments within the US, orders typically ship within 1 day (2 days max), with delivery in 3-7 days. If vehicle fitment confirmation is required, shipping may be delayed by one day. For international orders, shipments generally go out within 5 days after production is completed.

  2. For custom products, production typically takes 15-25 days after final details are confirmed. Once approved, items are shipped via air freight (import duties included), with delivery usually in 3-8 days after shipment.

  3. Remote areas, natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events may result in extended delivery times.

  4. If you need expedited shipping, we offer fast delivery options such as USPS Priority Mail, typically arriving in 2-3 days. Additional fees may apply-please contact us for details.

  Our After-Sales Policy

  1. Our products come with a 2-month return/exchange window and a 1-year warranty.

  2. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first month, you may request a return or exchange. Please send the item back to our designated address (ensure it remains in good condition). After inspection at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

  3. Within one year, if any non-artificial performance issue or quality defect occurs, the product will be eligible for replacement or repair.

  4. Due to the nature of custom products, all details are confirmed prior to shipment. Returns are not accepted for non-quality-related issues.
